Call us on 085 862 95 05 and we deliver the e-bike to your Hotel or Bed and Breakfast.
The e-bikes we provide have a minimum of 100 Km battery aided cycle range. We have tested the routes on all levels of battery power aided cycling. You will never run out of battery power on the routes we suggest. And we have backup. Our Sneem and Waterville locations have extra batteries on hand and if needed we will come to you and replace the unit.
Some of our routes are designed to make the most out of our 2 available service points. Sneem and Waterville can both be the starting points for looped routes that bring you back to one of those locations. Waterville can be your ‘overnight’ stop as Green Pedals has their own Bed and Breakfast available. The inland route through the Ballaghbeama Pass and the Ballaghisheen Pass are simply stunning and will be unforgettable Irish memories.
Your start and end point could be Sneem and/or Waterville. This relaxing route brings you to 3 beaches. White Strand, Derrynane Beach and Waterville Beach. It has a few elevation challenges including the Coomakesta pass. Total max distance one way 35km.
Here also your start and end point could be Sneem or Waterville. This challenging 66 Km route brings you over 2 mountain passes. The Ballaghbeama Gap and the Ballaghisheen Pass. The challenge is not only to make the distance but not to run out of stamina or battery power. For this route we provide you with our state of the art Kuma SX and XO bikes.
For those who like a bit of a challenge. The Golden Loop starts in Sneem and takes you through the Ballaghbeama Gap towards Glencar (The Climber's Inn). You then turn towards Waterville through the long and winding Ballaghisheen Pass. The return from Waterville takes you over the Coomakesta Pass. From here one can take a little detour and visit the most beautiful beach on the Ring of Kerry, Derrynane beach. White Strand is a little further towards Sneem. This loop is also what makes the Triquetra challenge. During the Bank Holiday weekend of August 1,2 and 3, Green Pedals organises an event where one can win a brand new Kuma e-bike.
